Norman Housing Authority Maintenance will respond to all NON-EMERGENCY work orders within 3-5 business days.
Regular Business Hours:
Monday - Thursday:
8:00am - 1:00pm & 1:30pm - 5:30pm
Friday:
8:00am - 12:00pm
**Closed on most National Holidays**

Inspections:
Norman Housing Authority performs a monthly Pest Extermination/Housekeeping inspection once a month on the following days:
Scattered Sites:
First THURSDAY of every month (with the exception of any major holidays)
Rose Rock Villa:
Second WEDNESDAY of every month
